A great way to get fit and exercise on the water. Our fitness expert puts everyone through their paces with a fantastic program of circuits and sprints to both work up a sweat and improve your stand up paddle boarding at the same time.
All abilities welcome, but a small amount of experience on a SUP is recommended beforehand.
