Holiday Clinics Full Ts & Cs

Everyone on our trips is required to have both a BKSA membership and Travel Insurance that covers kitesurfing, and send through proof/details before the start of the trip.
You are required to bring your own kit or it is available to rent from us. We offer kit rental packages; any accidental breakages are covered in this. However if you’re trying crazy tricks & triple mega loops before you can ride both ways then you will be liable to pay for damages to kit. Basically if you’re being reckless with it, you pay for the damage.
For those with their own kit, we understand accidents happen and you don’t want to be stuck half way through the trip with only half a kite! In these cases we can offer a daily rental rate. As above accidental damages will be covered with this.
Beginners are more than welcome on our trips*, we want to get as many people hooked on kitesurfing as possible! But we do recommend you have done a 2day course with us prior to the trip to cover the basic kite flying skills. This will also help you get more out of the holiday. *We can advise which trips are more suited for beginners.
Whilst we pick the locations of our trips because of their consistent great wind conditions, we cannot 100% guarantee the wind. In the cases of no wind conditions we are unable to offer any refunds but we will organise alternative activities (some of which may be charged extra if it is booked through a 3rd party) and still make it an awesome easy holiday.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check their own personal visa requirements for travel to that selected country.
Whilst on any of our trips, you must adhere to our advice and guidance. We know these places like the back of our hands and want to keep you all safe whilst having an epic time. If our instruction/guidance is ignored we cannot be held responsible for any consequences.
All our holidays are sold excluding flights and are based from arrival at the destination airport.  We can book flights through our agent on your behalf and will charge a £100 admin fee for this service.
If you opt for this flight booking option, all flight details and e-tickets will be given to you before departure, however we are not responsible for any missed flights or delays.
Deposit amount will be agreed upon booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is due no later than 28 days prior to departure.
The company reserves the right to cancel any course or holiday for any reason at any time before the start of the course. In this situation participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund. Cancellations due to situations out of the control of Easyriders Holidays such as wars, natural disasters may be subject to the loss of money paid where a refund is not possible.
We sell our holiday in sterling based on exchange rates about a year in advance.  We also try to absorb as much currency fluctuation as we can but in todays climate sometimes we may have to increase the sterling price if the regional currency has gone up by an unforeseen amount.  This also applies to our kitty amounts.
We also base our flight inclusive prices on rough flight prices a set amount of time prior to the trip, later bookings may be charged a higher rate if the flight has increased by a significant amount.
